We had a nice time at the hotel! The room was comfy and the check-in gal was super friendly, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was def worth it, loads of choices and hot food. Just wish there were more vegan options. a chill place to stay, especially for family visits.

I loved that everything is just a few steps away, including the Bentall Centre for shopping and the gorgeous views near Kingston Bridge perfect for a leisurely stroll, making my weekend city explorations truly enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the room was commendable, although the absence of basic amenities such as a fridge was disappointing. It would have been nice to have a few more comforts in the room, but the facilities were decent for a short stay.
